First, you apply online through Indeed with your resume. Then, they'll give you a call to set up a brief phone interview. This chat is mostly to get to know you and see what you know about the company. After that, you get to take a free yoga class at one of their studios so you can experience what they offer firsthand. Lastly, there's an in-person interview with the studio manager. They'll show you around the studio, explain what a typical day looks like, and then ask you some situational questions, like 'What would you do or how would you handle [a specific scenario]?'
