First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at YO.
Sales Development Representative
The process was nice, the people were super friendly, but I think they might have been busy or conducting too many interviews by the time they got to me. They asked a lot of questions about my personal background rather than my skills.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Junior Engineer
The interview process was good and efficient. They asked specific questions and cleared up my doubts. I think they get straight to the point and are good interviewers. Also, the process was very fast. I had three interviews; the last one took a bit longer because it was the final one.
- They asked me questions about my past jobs.
Data Scientist
The interview process was pretty relaxed. The interviewer mainly inquired about essential skills, such as programming languages and frameworks the candidate is familiar with, and some financial concepts like options and futures. Overall, it wasn't too difficult, and the questions were relevant.
- What value would you add to this company?
Software Engineer
The interview process was comprehensive and well-organized, giving a clear idea of the company's culture and what they expect for the role. Each stage was designed to check skills and fit.
- Could you tell me about your background using project management tools?
