Behavioral

The interview process was okay overall, but the final stage felt unprofessional because the interviewer directly asked about my salary. I think salary discussions are typically handled by HR, not the interviewer. Those in higher positions should be aware of professional questioning standards. Some questions asked were not sensible.

The interview process was quite thorough, starting with a logical and aptitude test, followed by a physical test, and then an HR interview before the final result. This seems like a good process for freshers, involving verbal ability questions similar to scholarship exams and logical reasoning.

So first up is the initial chat, usually with someone from HR, where they wanna get a feel for your background and see if you're a good fit overall. It's also your chance to ask about the company and the job. Then, if it's a technical gig, you might have to do a skills test, like some coding or a presentation, just to check you know your stuff. After that, if you make it, you'll likely have a panel interview with your potential teammates and boss, to see how you'd fit in with the crew and the vibe here. They'll also be digging into your past experiences to see how you've handled things before, through behavioral questions, to guess how you'll do in the future. And yeah, they're checking if your personality and work habits jive with the company culture. Sometimes, you might even have a final chat with some bigwigs to give you one last look.

  • What attracts you to this company, and how do you see your long-term career goals aligning with our mission and values?
