The interview process was kind of confusing and not really consistent. After the first email, I had to go back and forth a few times just to get things set up and scheduled. Communication felt all over the place. The second interview went okay, and I felt like I connected with the hiring manager. But then they said I'd hear back in a couple weeks and after that, nothing. I bet interviewers would prefer better communication, even if we don't get the job or move on.

I had a screening call with a recruiter, and it went well. She set up a second meeting with the hiring manager, and that also went great. But after that, I didn't hear back for over 3 weeks even though I followed up multiple times. No response at all. Then, unexpectedly, I got a generic rejection email through ADP almost a month later. What was really disappointing was the lack of basic communication and closure from the recruiter. In this job market, candidates put in a lot of time and effort. The least a company can do is communicate in a timely and respectful way. This made a bad impression, and I hope they can improve how they treat applicants.

It started with a general interview with the recruiter. Then, a 3-person panel interview, including the hiring manager, happened where everyone asked questions. After that, I had to give a PowerPoint presentation to the same panel. They said I'd hear back the following week, but two weeks passed, and I got an automated rejection email. I tried to get feedback from both the recruiter and hiring manager, but they ghosted me. It would be nice if companies were more considerate of candidates' time and efforts and didn't just hide behind automated emails.
