I had an initial interview with HR. They asked me to talk about my administrative work experiences. They asked a lot of open-ended questions about how I handled myself in specific situations and asked for step-by-step examples of how I dealt with them.

I sent my resume and cover letter in online and then HR got in touch within like 2 weeks. Had a phone interview that was about 20 minutes and mostly behavioral questions. Then I had an in-person interview about 2 weeks after that. I met with the principal and it was a really comfortable meeting, they were super friendly and easy to chat with. That interview was about an hour long and they asked a bunch of different questions.

Behavioral Other

I applied online and got a call for a phone interview. It was a straightforward chat about me and my career goals, not too heavy on behavioral questions. Then, I had a meeting at the office with the HR person, similar to the phone interview, lasting about 1.5 hours. The final step was a casual lunch with the partner and the same HR person, which felt like a personality test. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • I had ample opportunity to ask my own questions, though I felt slightly unprepared for them.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview began with some standard questions. They asked me about my strengths and weaknesses and my 5-year plan. Then, they inquired about any accounting experience I have. To finish, I was given the Wonderlic test. After that, I was given a tour of the office and had the chance to speak with current employees and ask them questions about the company.
