Got a call from out of state, they really liked my resume and experience. I flew out on my own dime since I was moving anyway. The interview itself was pretty laid back. My background in the industry really helped seal the deal. They made an offer within a week, and I took it.

It was pretty similar to other sales jobs I've interviewed for, not too rough. A recruiter had put my name forward so I had a pretty good idea of what they were looking for. The interview was at a hotel conference room and I met with one person.

It was pretty straightforward. The hiring manager just wanted to get a feel for my personality. We kept it casual, chatting about my previous sales work, college sports, where I see myself going personally and professionally, and even family stuff.

I got a call for an initial interview, then another call for an interview with the Territory Manager. After that, I went in for a face to face with the Territory Manager, and then again for a face to face with the Regional Manager. I also had to do a drug screening and background check.
