The interview process had bad communication. After my second interview round, the interviewer told me my feedback was positive. I waited two weeks after that and still didn't hear anything from the recruiter. I tried calling them but got no response.

Technical Coding System Design

The interview process starts with a review of your resume, cover letter, and referrals. If you're a new graduate or intern, you'll have an online assessment. After that, there's a technical phone screen, which usually involves one to two interviews. The main event is the onsite interviews, where you'll spend a full day at the office, completing four to six interviews, each lasting about 45 minutes. These interviews cover coding, system design, and for management positions, leadership. You can expect around three coding interviews focusing on data structures and algorithms, and one or two system design interviews. Excellent performance in coding interviews is crucial. For junior candidates (L4 and below), the system design expectations are lower compared to mid-level or senior engineers (L5 and above). You'll primarily use a whiteboard for coding, though some locations now offer Chromebooks with an interview app.
