If you're an experienced EA, don't bother applying because they'll waste your time and then ghost you. The interviewer was unprofessional and didn't respond to follow-up messages, which is really rude to someone who showed interest.

It was on a Zoom call with 2 other people. I had no idea that anyone other than the hiring manager would be joining the interview. Worst part, she never turned her camera on and that was a bit odd during an interview.

HR reached out and we did a phone interview right away. After that, I met with the customer service manager. We had a good chat, and although he asked some tough questions, it felt more like a conversation. It went so well that I got a job offer on the spot.

It was a mix of phone and in-person interviews. The recruiter didn't communicate well, which I felt said something about the company culture. I really hope they can do better with how they treat candidates, make sure to tell people what to expect from the start, and most importantly, keep them updated.
