So for UBI Foundation, first they look at your application, then there's a phone or video call. If that goes well, you'll have more interviews where they see if you fit the skills, values, and mission. Sometimes there's a task to do and then you talk with leaders to see if you're a good cultural fit.

The interview process was pretty chill and made for students. First, I had to fill out a form, then they did a basic screening via email. They mostly wanted to see if I was interested and had a basic grasp of AI/ML stuff. It was more about whether I could learn rather than a tough technical test. Getting started after accepting was easy and organized.

You'll start by submitting your application on the Ybi Foundation website. The selection team will review your application to make sure you meet the basic criteria. You'll be invited for a technical interview where you'll be asked questions about data science, machine learning, and basic coding skills. If you pass the technical interview, you'll have an HR interview to assess your fit for the internship and talk about your background and motivations. Based on your interview performance, the selection team will make their final decision.
