Design Engineer
First you will have a meeting with HR and then the Engineering Manager and then the Head of the Building. Finally HR again for the offer. And most important point is before the offer they want a real phone number of your previous manager to call. You have to give the phone number in five minutes.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Engineering Analyst
The interview process was virtual with HR first, then an in-person interview, followed by a psychological interview and a pre-occupational check. The whole thing took about a month and a half, which felt long, and by the time they decided, I had already accepted another offer. I asked if they could review the salary to make the offer more appealing, but they didn't. In the end, I told them I wasn't proceeding with their job offer.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What is your educational background?
- How do you approach problem-solving?
Engineering Co-Op
It was pretty simple. First, I had some typical behavioral questions, then some questions about my experience and coursework. After that, they asked me to do some tests involving engineering drawings, SolidWorks, pairing motors, and other similar subjects. Finally, they asked about my availability and when I could start working.
