The interview was over the phone and it was quick. They were respectful of my time and rescheduled easily when needed. The overall experience was positive. However, I had heard that the role mainly involved sales, which I wasn't interested in, so I had to decline the offer.

So first, we have the application, then a screening call which could be phone or video. After that, there are initial interviews, some one-on-one and some maybe panel style. Depending on how that goes, we might have you do some sort of assessment or case study. Then there's a deeper dive to see how you fit with the team and company culture. Lastly, we make a decision and extend an offer. It's really a two-way street; we're figuring out if you're a good fit, and you're also checking us out to see if we're a good place for you.
