Behavioral Technical

I interviewed for a Senior UX role at Yara. It was a bit tricky with connecting empathetically, especially remotely. The TA manager seemed a bit checked out, so it was hard to have a real chat. I didn't get an offer, and honestly, getting the same rejection email multiple times felt weird, makes you wonder about their candidate treatment. A more personalized touch would've made a big difference.

Technical Behavioral

The company's vision and mission resonated well. The interviewer provided helpful feedback and suggested practical solutions for real-world tech challenges. However, the role has been open for a while, which makes me wonder if they're trying to show investors they're growing or if the hiring team is just disorganized. The hiring process was really slow; it took them a month to update me on the next steps. It seems like they either aren't that eager to fill the position or lack direction.
