So the first round was like 2 coding questions and an SQL query, plus some computer basics. Then in the technical interview, they really focused on my projects and asked stuff about arrays, linked lists, hash maps, and strings. After that, there was an HR round, which was just a chill talk about the company, my projects, and my family background.

It was a long interview process. First, I talked with the Head of Engineering. Then, there was a 90-minute online Hackerrank test with 2 coding questions and 1 DB query. After that, I had a 4-6 hour assignment to build a web service that maps old phone keypad clicks to letter combinations using an inbuilt dictionary. This was followed by a problem-solving session with a developer. Then, two interviewers asked in-depth questions about Express/React frameworks. For some reason, someone from outside the hiring team interviewed me. Finally, I had a discussion about work style with broader organization team members. Even though all rounds seemed positive and I spent about 12 hours across 7 rounds, I never got an acceptance or rejection. HR didn't call back after asking for my current CTC, and I'm still waiting for a response, with no communication about rejection or compensation.
