First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Yantriks.
QA Engineer
The interview process included one technical interview and two managerial rounds. It was a positive experience overall. The managers provided clear explanations about the work at Yantriks and detailed the responsibilities of the role I was applying for.
- Could you describe the framework you have experience with?
- What are some common Git commands?
- Tell me about your experience with the Cucumber framework.
Software Engineer
The interview process was a bit different from the regular processes. First the HR was very cooperative, and she told me to fill a form sort of a biodata. Then had a written coding round, which consisted of 5 questions and I completed all 5 within an hour. They were happy with the response so I went for the next round which was technical. That interview person was brilliant and asked me over a range of questions from Spring to Caching to Multithreading real time scenario. No basic questions were asked. After that I proceeded with the senior manager/director round which was followed by HR round. Overall the process was smooth. They offered me lunch which is a free perks for Yantriks employees. Got offered the next day and I accepted it as what I've heard they work in varied technology and adapt on the fly.
- Asked 5 questions on DS and Algo
- Asked Strings Questions
- Asked questions on Spring Boot
Senior Java Developer
Recruitment consultancy called me and set up a face-to-face interview during weekdays as they don't operate on weekends. The process included two technical rounds, a round with the VP of Engineering, and an HR round. They also had me fill out a bio-data form. They asked basic questions. It's uncertain if an offer letter will be provided after clearing all rounds, which is disappointing given the budget concerns they raise after conducting interviews and collecting expected CTC details beforehand.
- Could you explain the copy constructor?
- What is a class?
- What is an object?
Consultant
The interview process was smooth and everybody had a positive reaction. The HR even said I was selected and they would update me. It's been over a month with no updates. They should have all the details before the interview, like CTC and experience. If they are not ready to hire, why are they wasting people's precious time? They don't have any intention to hire. If you have less than 5 years of experience, you can try to get interview experience. Very unprofessional. My colleague had the same experience.
- Could you describe your current role?
