The interview process started with an HR interview which was pretty basic, mostly asking about my past experiences. Then I had a take-home case where I had to figure out how to improve a specific scenario or user journey. After that, I presented my take-home case to the hiring manager and the team lead. The final stage was another case with the Y.do CEO.

It was a 1-hour Skype 1:1 screening interview with a recruiter. They mainly asked about my past experiences and decision-making processes. Even though I wasn't really a perfect fit for the role, they went ahead with the interview.

The hiring process was quite long and not very transparent, taking about 2 months overall. It started with a 1-hour HR interview, followed by a 1-hour presale interview, then three skills interviews lasting 1 hour, 1 hour, and 1.5 hours respectively, and concluding with a 1-hour hiring manager interview. This could have definitely been completed in less than a week.
