Backend Developer
They gave me a code task, with 2-3 subtasks for bonus points. It was a 60-minute task. After that, they gave me 2 algorithm tasks, which were medium/hard difficulty and also had a 60-minute time limit.

The interview focused heavily on soft skills, but also included typical technical questions like 'What character can't start a Python variable name?' and 'Explain Python's dict and how hashtables work.'

The whole process took about 1.5 months and included several interviews. It started with an HR screening, then there were live coding and algorithms interviews (rated easy), a system design interview, and finally a concluding interview. You could take a couple of weeks between interviews if needed, unless you had another offer pending.
