Intern
The recruiter call went smoothly, but I felt cornered by the hiring manager. I didn't find their approach very professional, which made me nervous, and I didn't get the job. I hope I don't get the same area next time.
- What is one weakness and one strength?
- Why do you want to work here?
Geologist
I sent my resume to the head of the area. They called me a week later and asked about my current job, experience, availability to travel, and move to another province. Then I had an interview with him and the other supervisor of the area. They asked me about my weaknesses, if I was ready to work with a roster, and some technical questions.
- What are your salary expectations?
- What is your availability?
- What programs do you know?
Process Technician
My interview was successful, but I wasn't lucky in the process due to the high number of candidates for the position, which made me unhappy with the interview outcome. Otherwise, all other information was great and very clear.
- Why are you applying for this position?
Preventive Maintenance Supervisor
The communication level during the interview was very good, the dialogue was fluid and objective, and the interviewer had a good understanding of the technical aspects of the area. Excellent.
- How many years of experience do you have in the mining sector?
