The process is well-coordinated but can take a while. Interviews are usually panel-style. Make sure to write a cover letter for the position you're applying for and pay close attention to what's asked. It's fine if cover letters are long, especially for M&P roles.

The first round of the interview process involved three interviews back-to-back with three different people. The interviewers were nice and easy to talk to, but I did have to take the afternoon off to make sure I had enough time.

Behavioral Technical Other

I went through an extensive interview process, meeting with 9 different people, including several officers, the department director, and administrative staff. I also had to submit a writing sample beforehand. The follow-up was pretty quick, and things moved along fast once I got past that annoying online application system. Working with a recruiter made the whole experience better.
