The interview process involved a presentation, an in-person interview, and a group interaction. It was a really engaging and comfortable interview. They were looking for specific skills that I possessed. I was referred by an employee and we discussed the various experiments I would be involved in. A part of the interview required me to come up with an experimental plan. It was a good experience overall.

After submitting required documents, selected candidates will likely receive an email. The interview process includes two interviews: a Skype interview, which is generally easy, and an in-person interview. The in-person interview isn't overly difficult, but confidence is key. If you have solid experience and can speak to it well, you should be fine; just present yourself effectively. After these, a background check will likely occur before an offer.

I applied for this role internally through the careers portal. About two weeks later, I received a call for an interview, and then there were three more interviews after that. The team members were really great, and they clearly explained the responsibilities of the job. They also asked me to go over my resume to show how I was a good fit for the role.

It was three rounds total. First round was with the hiring manager. Second round was with the communications team who are specific to this role. Third round was with the hiring manager and a doctor that the team works closely with.
