The interview had 2 interviewers who seemed friendly and curious about my background. They asked about my previous jobs, my career aspirations, and my reasons for seeking a career change. They had a copy of my resume and asked specific questions about details like my education and work history. I also completed a written spelling and grammar exercise, which I didn't perform perfectly on, but I was still offered the position.

The interview process was smooth, the interviewer was approachable, friendly and helpful. I hope to join in the future. The downside is that the salary offered was too low, especially considering the cost of living in the Klang Valley area. There were no allowances provided, as far as I know. I hope this can be improved in the future.

The process was very slow, involving three rounds of interviews, document submission, and form filling, followed by an interview with a manager. Ultimately, they informed me that the role would involve field sales for a month and a half, and that the specific position I applied for was unavailable, with only sales positions open.

Processo simples, primeiro teve uma entrevista por telefone, depois uma entrevista presencial, e uma prova com questões básicas de português e matemática (perguntas de interpretação de texto, e operações básicas de matemática) e conhecimentos gerais.
