Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

First, there's a quick chat with HR or a recruiter to check your background, see how well you communicate (especially in Arabic/English), and if you're interested in Zid. They might ask about your customer or tech support experience and what you know about the company. Then, you might get a written or online test on customer handling, problem-solving, or basic e-commerce stuff. Some folks got short case studies, like how to deal with a partner facing app integration issues. After that, there's usually a Zoom or Google Meet interview with a panel or the hiring manager. Expect questions on handling tough customers, prioritizing, and if you know e-commerce or SaaS tools. They'll also check your Arabic and English tone and writing. Sometimes, there's a final, optional chat with a team lead or senior manager about work style, expectations, and your future goals. If they pick you, HR will send an offer detailing contract type (employee/contractor), hours, and the tools you'll use (Zendesk, Slack, etc.). Onboarding is usually remote.

The interview process was good and easy going. A lot of questions were asked during the interview process, and some were difficult to answer. The people who interviewed me were nice and very laid back. The staff members were easy going.

I had a standard interview with the hiring manager for about 20 minutes. They asked me common questions like, "why do you want to work for us?", "tell me about yourself", "where do you see yourself in the next five years?", and "does this schedule work for you?". The interviewer was professional and friendly. It seems like a good place to work.
