First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Y.A.L.E. School.
Teacher
The interview was conducted via Google Meet, and the interviewer was very personable. It was a relaxed but extremely efficient interview experience, one of the better ones I've had. I received an offer for a second interview and was completely satisfied with the first one. I definitely recommend this company's interview process.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your career journey?
Teacher
I saw an ad on craigslist and applied. Within days, I was hired. However, the HR person said I was being interviewed for a different job than the one I got. It was a fast process.
- Can you describe your current role?
Teacher's Assistant
I got there and had to fill out paperwork for about 15 minutes, kind of like at the doctor's. Then, I waited by myself for 40 minutes, but nobody came to meet me. They said the interview would be an hour, but it hadn't even started after 40 minutes. The guy I was supposed to interview with poked his head in once and said he'd be right with me, but then another 10 minutes went by and he never returned. I ended up leaving without the interview even happening.
- Could you describe the educational and behavioral requirements for students who are classified as having "behavioral disorders"?
