Software Engineer
Broadridge's interview process is pretty standard and kinda tough, looking at both your technical skills and if you'd fit in. Usually, it's a few stages: first, HR screens you, then you have technical interviews, and finally, you talk with a manager. People say the interviewers are nice and professional, making it less stressful. The tech parts check your actual skills, how you solve problems, and what you know. HR looks at your communication, attitude, and if you match the company's vibe. Some find it takes a while, but mostly it's seen as fair, clear, and organized, so you know what to expect and what the job is about.

Software Engineer
So the interview process basically starts with an online coding test, then there are a bunch of technical interviews where they check your problem-solving skills and if you know your stuff in the domain, and after that, there's an HR round where they see if you can communicate well, work in a team, and if you fit with the company culture.
- They asked typical software developer questions.
Software Development Engineer
I went through three rounds for the SDE role. First, there was an online aptitude test with about 30 MCQs covering verbal, English, and math, plus some technical questions on computer fundamentals. Then, a coding round with 2 DSA questions focusing on arrays, strings, and graphs. Finally, an HR round with general questions about me, my strengths, weaknesses, etc. The difficulty was about 3/5, and overall, it was a fantastic experience.
- Can you solve the Two Sum problem using arrays?
