Great interview experience with lots of insightful questions and professional advice. It was good talking with them. There appears to be significant potential for growth, and I look forward to sharing the interview process with others. The upper management seems very competent.
- Regarding scheduling, quality, and accountability, which is most important?
Project Manager
3 rounds were done face to face. They checked my documents and there was an HR round. About 50+ candidates were scheduled for interviews on the same day. But after the HR round and they told me I was selected, they didn't proceed with the actual recruitment process. The whole thing took from morning until 2:30 PM, but it felt like a waste because no real outcome was given.
- Can you describe your previous experience?
Project Manager
It was a really good experience overall. The hiring team was very approachable and professional. They welcomed me warmly and the interview part went by quickly. I did wish they'd gotten back to me a bit sooner after the interviews were done, but it was still a positive experience.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next decade?
