Business Manager
For interviews where you have to talk directly, make sure you communicate clearly and confidently. Get your project ready beforehand, knowing all the technical details. Think about the questions they might ask and be ready to answer them. Practice explaining how you did things in a simple way, and make sure to really show what you did in the project.
- Can you discuss your resume?
- Can you elaborate on a project listed on your resume?
- What was your specific contribution to that project?
Assistant Manager
The interview process was good, with a great team of interviewers. It involved two rounds: a technical interview, which was a bit tough, and an HR round, which went well. I feel it's a great team to work with, and they seem to have proper knowledge on everything.
- How has your experience been so far?
- How did the interview go?
- What's your impression of the team?
Management
It started with a few basic introduction questions, then we talked about my projects from both undergraduate and graduate school. Finally, there were some job-related questions about team leadership skills, marketing skills, and some case studies and scenarios that I might face.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Could you elaborate on your team leadership skills?
- What is your understanding of marketing?
