I sent my resume online via email and got a call to schedule the interview. I was met at the company by the HR intern, who initially seemed a bit apathetic and made me uncomfortable. I was then taken to a small room where I completed a logic test and an essay about the Water Crisis, both within a 1-hour period. Afterward, I was interviewed by the manager. The chat was informal, where he mostly asked me about my personal/professional accomplishments. It turned out my profile didn't quite fit the role.
