Customer Service Representative
After submitting my online application, I was quickly contacted for an initial phone interview, followed by an in-person interview at the company. However, there was a significant lack of transparency regarding the job level and salary information, which was never provided in the listing, the phone interview, or the in-person interview. I never received direct feedback from the HR manager I had been communicating with, only a standard email after almost three weeks thanking me for my application. From a company of this size in 2026, I expect much higher and better standards. I hope this feedback can serve as a point of reflection and improvement for the company for future candidates.

Customer Service Representative
I interviewed for a Customer Service Representative role and the hiring process was disappointing. I had multiple interviews, including with the supervisor and manager, and felt they went well. I sent a thank-you email but got no reply. I've reached out multiple times to the Talent Acquisition associate for an update, but my messages have gone unanswered. It's been frustrating to not get any communication after preparing for each interview stage. I know hiring takes time, but it would be more respectful to get at least a simple update or closure email. The interview itself was good, but the lack of communication after the interview left a bad impression of the company's hiring practices.

Customer Support Specialist
So I interviewed for the Customer Support Specialist role at Xylem, and it was a really good experience. The interview was mostly technical and job-specific questions, not as many behavioral ones as I expected, which was cool because we could really dive into my skills for the role. The people I met were nice, knew their stuff, and seemed to work well together. The whole process was super organized and smooth, from setting it up to talking with them, which shows they're pretty structured and efficient. Sadly, they told me the position got cancelled, which is a bummer, but I was still impressed by how professional they were and enjoyed talking to everyone. I'd be happy to be considered for other jobs there if something fits.
- Can you tell me about your past customer support or client-facing experience and how it's helped you build skills in communication, problem-solving, or client relations?
