Software Developer
So, the interview process included both HR and technical rounds. The technical part really drilled down into Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns. They were looking for your grasp of fundamental OOP principles like encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction, which are super important for building systems that are easy to maintain and scale. You might have been asked to talk about design patterns such as Singleton, Factory, Observer, or Strategy, to see if you could actually use them in practical situations. On the HR side, they were mostly interested in how well you communicate, work with a team, solve problems, and deal with tough situations, plus checking if you'd be a good fit for the company culture.
- Can you tell me about Object-Oriented Programming concepts?
Software Developer
Very friendly people reached out to me. The process was really fast. In the end, they called me, but I wasn't interested in the project. It was old technologies that didn't offer me anything professionally.
- Tell me about your knowledge in the sector.
Software Engineer Intern
Had a good interview, it went smoothly and the panel was friendly. The interview had a few tough questions and mostly easy ones. They were supportive too. Overall, a good experience. Highly rated.
- Why do you think we should hire you?
