First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at XX.
Intern
It was a swift interview, which is basically a structured chat where they check your skills, experience, and if you're a good fit. It usually starts with intros, then they ask you stuff, you talk about what you've done, and then you get to ask questions and they tell you what's next.
- Could you tell me about your experience with SQL?
- Do you have any questions related to Python?
- What about your knowledge in ML?
Director
The process was pretty straightforward with competency and behavioral questions. I got some info beforehand, and the process itself was clear and went smoothly, no complaints at all. It would be nice to get some feedback on the presentation, but overall it was a good experience.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a disagreement with a team member and how you handled it?
Software Developer
I had something surprising to understand, so the truth makes no exact sense as predicted in the corresponding order. That is my evaluation. It also sounded like Cuban noise and a piggy bank.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Sales Advisor
They wanted to know my motivations, skills, and if I wanted to grow later. Also why this brand specifically. Interview with the manager and assistant, then the HR or director. First the employers introduced themselves, then it was my turn. Since I already had sales experience, it was easy for me to present myself and highlight my value, explaining why they should choose me over someone else.
- Can you tell me about your flaws and strengths?
- What are the key sales metrics?
- Describe your approach to welcoming a customer.
