Software Engineer
So first, there was this written coding round, which had a total of 6 questions. About 4 of them were logical, and the other two were focused on data structures. Then, the second round was more technical, covering my coursework, projects, and some data structure questions, and I had to write code on paper. This round was mainly about how I approached the problems. The third round was a mix of HR, technical, and analytical stuff. They were mostly interested in my approach to logical questions and how I'd handle certain situations.
- Can you tell me about basic data structures?
- Have you encountered any logical questions?
- Describe your approach to data structures and logic problems in the coding round.
Project Manager
The interview process was very methodical and process-driven. It's quite rare to see such a detailed and excellent interview process in India, featuring a well-defined rating system. The HR team was very professional, knowledgeable about the process, and provided guidance and updates at every step.

The interview process started with a recruiter call, then a technical screen with 15 aptitude and logical questions. After that, there was a take-home coding test where I had to write programs. This was followed by another technical round focusing on Java, C, C++, and SQL basics. Finally, there was an HR round with the CEO, leading to a background check and an offer.

Human Resources
Had a telephonic round with the recruiter on day 1, and then on day 2, I had a face-to-face round with two directors. Director 1 focused on my department knowledge, and Director 2 covered my basic skills and talent.
