It was a pretty streamlined process. Started with a Machine Learning Assessment and the Wonderlic test. Then, I had a Zoom Interview with a Trader. Finally, there was a Cultural Interview with the Heads of Firms. Filling up the word requirement with this sentence. And this one.

It started with a phone interview, then I did an assessment, and finally an on-site interview. They were really thorough and asked a lot about my experience and knowledge. They seemed to focus a lot on specific abilities and what I could contribute to the team. No brain teasers or anything like that. They were upfront about their goals and what resources they had.

I applied through their form, which requested my references and education details. After a couple of weeks, they scheduled a phone interview, but it got rescheduled twice before it actually happened.
