The interview process was great, transparent, and easy to talk through. The HR person was welcoming and explained everything clearly. We talked about challenges, expectations for the role, and what they are looking for in a candidate.

Had a 30 minute call, the interviewer kept his camera off because he said he wasn't feeling well. It was a pretty standard, basic chat about my background and skills. He gave really unclear answers to my questions about the job and the company; it felt like he wasn't into it. I got the impression he was doing initial interviews with a lot of people.

My interview process started with a recruiter call, which was pretty straightforward. The recruiter asked about my past work experience and my technical skills. After that, the interview moved on to HR, and finally, I met with fellow managers and a senior for the last stage. They gave me a technical test that was quite tough, so it's important to brush up on your IT technical knowledge beforehand.

My first interview was okay but kind of weird. I met with the department's manager and supervisor, and they were both dressed really inappropriately, with their chests showing. It was a bit awkward. While I was there, another employee was walking around in her daughter's pink sweatpants (she was pretty loud about it to the other staff). They asked some standard questions and gave me a brief tour. They mentioned they'd call if they wanted to proceed, and then I'd interview with the director and VP.
