First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at XpresSpa.
Sales Supervisor
The process was good. The panelists were prepared and knew all the questions. The environment was friendly and enjoyable, with more conversation than a formal interview, which helped the candidate feel at ease.
- Can you share your experience?
- What are your ideas for improvement?
Executive Assistant
I applied online and heard back pretty fast. A recruiter called and we talked about the job and the person I would support. The recruiter mentioned the CEO's personality and I wasn't a fan of what she said, which was weird. Even though I felt uneasy, I decided to go to the interview. Big mistake. I interviewed with the same recruiter. She seemed nice but fake. She asked a lot of personal questions, none about the job. I found it insulting and unprofessional, like she wasn't serious about hiring me. I'd avoid this company.

Cosmetologist
It was a long interview process. First, there was a background check from the company, and then from the airport. I ended up paying for parking multiple times without knowing I had to. The whole thing was disorganized from the beginning to the end. I was interviewed by the assistant manager, who was the only manager at the time. The previous managers had been fired, and she quit not long after I started. By the time I left after 11 months, there had been 8 managers.
- What is your skill level?
Licensed Massage Therapist
The interview process was a bit confusing at first because it's a large airport and can be hard to navigate if you've never been there before. Once I got my bearings, it was pretty standard. The boss is really nice and I really liked her. She's very smart and good at assessing people. She makes eye contact to get a feel for you and whether you'd fit with the team. If you're a happy person and genuinely enjoy massage, you should do well.
- What is your experience as a Massage Therapist?
