I had three interviews. First, a recruiter call with HR. Then, I met with the hiring manager and director. Lastly, I met with the Controller. It was a mix of behavioral and technical questions.

Behavioral Technical Other

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first was with a recruiter where they asked general background questions and one about how I handled a difficult project. The second round was with the department manager, focusing on my background, skillset, and career journey. The final round was an in-person meeting with the department manager, which included a tour of the facility and a rundown of its history. This was followed by a brief Excel test (which I was given a heads-up about) and then a few quick questions from another technical person.
