It was a 3 round Skype call process, all focused on coding, each lasting 1-2 hours, and it took about 1.5 months to finish. Then there were 3 more rounds of F2F interviews focusing on design and problem-solving. The whole experience felt very unprofessional, with the Test Manager showing up barefoot and people flaunting their MacBooks. The office environment was depressing and gave off negative vibes. After finishing all rounds, I was let go. They are unprofessional about feedback too; after grilling you for hours, you expect detailed feedback, but they never provide it, and you have to chase them. It's not worth it unless you're desperate. I wasted my time and suggest avoiding this company (Solutionstar or Xome) unless you have no other options. The Skype interviews often started late evening, suggesting a strange work style. I prefer not to work with unprofessional people and have moved on.

The environment at the company was welcoming and professional. After checking in with security, I was informed the manager would be out shortly. While waiting, I observed that employees interacted respectfully, indicating a positive company culture. I was then escorted to a conference room. The manager's approachable and genuine demeanor created a comfortable atmosphere. It was evident their priority was to find a dependable, qualified individual who would fit well with the team. The interview, lasting about 20 minutes, included ample time for my questions about the company.

It went great. Some questions about SQL, some questions to test aptitude. It was an interesting experience. There were multiple rounds on the same day. They also asked questions regarding my prior experience. It went great. Some questions about SQL, some questions to test aptitude. It was an interesting experience. I had a phone interview first, then an onsite panel interview with a live coding session. On the same day, I also spoke with their project managers. After the interviews, I received a verbal offer. They told me I needed to accept their offer before they'd give me a written one, so I turned down other offers. They made me wait a week, telling me the written offer was coming soon, then finally said the position was no longer available due to budget reasons. Don't trust their verbal offer.
