The interview process was mostly virtual and over the phone. It was easy to talk to the recruiter. There was an initial interview, and then a follow-up interview with the department. I had to fill out a separate online application in addition to sending my resume.

I had a phone interview with a recruiter. Then, I had a Zoom interview with two executives in Cincinnati and one in Martinsburg. After that, I had a third interview over the phone with a VP in Cincinnati.

The interview process was straightforward and easy. I spoke with the Manager and one other team member. The interview took about 30 minutes. They asked questions similar to other interviews I've had. A key focus was on how I handle difficult situations, specifically when working under tight deadlines and how I manage working with a difficult coworker.

I was contacted directly by a recruiter from XLC (via d.e. foxx & associates) about a position I found on careerbuilder. The job title is misleading; it seems like a maintenance manager role, but it's actually more of a logistics or warehouse manager. The initial HR phone call went well. However, the next step, a Skype interview, was rescheduled. Then, the Regional Director of Operations didn't show up for the scheduled call. Given they reached out to me, I felt this was disrespectful and disorganized, so I asked to withdraw my candidacy.
