The interview process started with a phone call interview. Then, I went in for a multi-panel interview rotation. The most eye-opening comment from an interviewer was that managers regularly yell at employees. I got the impression the interviewers didn't even want to be there. If you're thinking about interviewing here, the Glassdoor reviews seem to be a pretty accurate preview of the company culture.

I applied for the IT Project Manager role at Xifin via glassdoor.com. The hiring manager reached out a few days later for a brief phone chat. The next day, I got a call from HR inviting me for an in-person interview. I met with four people in a group setting for less than an hour. Afterward, I spoke with the HR manager for about 20 minutes, seemingly to get a feel for me. They mentioned the next step was their decision and I should hear back in two weeks. Exactly two weeks later, an email from HR informed me that another candidate was selected. No further details were provided.

I got contacted on LinkedIN by HR who asked me some questions about my background. After that, the hiring manager/VP set up interviews with the executive manager, AVP, and department manager. First, I had an HR meeting for about an hour to go over policy and process stuff. Then, I met with the hiring manager, COO, and department manager. The interview felt really chill and fun, which makes me think they're not always like that.
