I had to create and present a slide deck about one of their products to the team. Then, they asked me questions about my presentation and even my design choices. I liked the process overall, even though it was stressful.

I got an email to start, then had two telephone interviews. Both times the mobile phone network connection was bad, which made things difficult. The interviewer from Xero was really helpful though, and we managed to finish the last one using an internet voice call. They asked some good exploration questions in both interviews, pretty much the same ones. My experience with Xero was seen positively.
