The interview process is pretty simple if you're ready. The first few chats with the manager were more about getting to know me rather than standard interview questions. The last few interviews, though, you gotta be prepped and have examples ready for the questions they ask. They wanna make sure you've got the experience and know what you're signing up for, and that you can actually do it.

First call was with the recruiter and it was not a great experience. I felt like I had to repeat myself a lot and answer stuff I already said. At one point I had to say, "well, like I just stated 2 seconds ago..." twice. It seemed like the recruiter wasn't really listening. Given my background, I thought I would at least get to the next step and talk to the hiring manager. Too bad I couldn't have had a different recruiter. It was a shame. They were nice, but it wasn't the best interview experience.

The interview process was pretty standard, with questions that matched the job description. But honestly, it was one of the worst interview experiences ever, mainly because of the recruiter. She talked super fast, and I had to ask her to repeat herself a bunch. She seemed annoyed by it and even questioned if my connection was bad. I felt awkward asking again because she seemed offended. Then, while I was answering another question, she cut me off to say she wanted a 'general strategy.' It was clear she was just rushing to get through it. I also asked about how the company handles 'patient centricity' or 'patient first,' and her answer was really short and she seemed irritated. She just gave a basic response about how working in this field is about patients, but it didn't feel genuine. Overall, not a good experience.

I applied and heard back from the hiring manager within a week. Then, I moved on to the second round which involved four interviews spread across three different days with different people from the company. After the last interview, I didn't hear back for about two weeks, and unfortunately, I didn't get the job. The interviews themselves were good, and the questions felt conversational, but the long wait for a response was a bit of a bummer.
