No HR interview was conducted--only people who would directly supervise or interact with me as an employee were involved. The 1st interview was general, and the 2nd (call back) was with fewer people and more specific.

The first interview was with managers, then a follow-up interview with other members of the same department. Each lasted about an hour. I had reviewed and answered common interview questions beforehand. I didn't take notes during the interviews. Overall, it felt positive. I was one of three finalists, and the manager called me personally to let me know I wasn't selected, but she did suggest another role at the company.

First, you'll chat with your future supervisor. If they think you're a good fit, you'll come back for another interview to meet the whole department. The first interview is pretty quick, but the group interview is long. Everyone in the department gets to ask you questions.

They did a phone interview and then a face-to-face with some people from the group. It was pretty relaxed and not super structured. The interviewers seemed a bit unprepared. The questions were mostly about past experiences.
