Recruiting Partner
I applied online and then had a phone screen. They were interested in my experience and skills and wanted to move me forward quickly. I was told I'd hear back the same day or Monday, but after not hearing back, I texted and emailed. I was then told I was no longer being considered, which was frustrating after they indicated I was moving on. I suspect I would have been ghosted if I hadn't followed up multiple times.

I had a great interview process. My recruiter Melissa Caveglia was the best and helped guide me through every step of the way and gave me so much encouragement. It was a 3 part interview and I even interviewed with Emily, the CEO of the company. She was great and explained the company culture perfectly. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend the company!

Senior Recruiting Partner
The first step was a 30-minute phone screen with a recruiter. Then, there were three more 30-minute video interviews: one with two Customer Success Managers, another with the Data Analytics Manager, and the final one with the CEO.
- Can you tell me about your experience in the recruiting industry?
Recruiter
I originally reached out to them because their careers website was down during a system migration. The recruiter managing the process emphasized speed, with 5 interviews planned within 3 weeks, which sounded efficient. The first interview was a standard phone call. The company seemed unfamiliar with industry terminology, which was surprising given my background, but their enthusiasm was evident, so I continued. The second interview via Teams was normal, but they gave vague answers and directed me to speak with other staff for details. In the third interview, they were knowledgeable and encouraged me to discuss my data and HRIS experience, stating the next interviewers would be very interested. I had to remind them about the next steps via email. The fourth interview was focused on data/integrity. Despite my detailed explanations of metric analysis and applications, they couldn't specify their metric expectations. They repeatedly mentioned a 'data team' but offered no concrete numbers, even after I provided successful data trend examples. This interview made me decide to stay in my consulting role due to the lack of clear answers, ambiguous goals, and concerning online reviews. A few days after the fourth interview, I realized I hadn't completed a formal application since their website had been down for over a month. I prompted them again, pretending to want to proceed with the fifth interview that the fourth interviewer had mentioned. I received no response, so I followed up by phone three days later, only to reach voicemail without identifying information, making me unsure of the company. I had to check their email signature to confirm the number. At this point, I was concerned about my data and compliance due to the disorganized process and company. The day after my voicemail, I received a generic rejection email, despite having three virtual interviews. I never submitted a formal application. The interview process dragged on longer than stated, only progressing when I pushed and followed up, and this was during a system migration. I wish the employees and clients good luck.
