I applied online and the whole process took about 3 weeks. To start, I was asked to complete a practical data analysis assignment. This included 11 spreadsheet questions and a 20-page ppt. The spreadsheet questions were quite difficult, and the ppt template itself took me 2 hours to replicate. After I passed this practical test, I had a Skype interview with one of their consultants. She began by inquiring about my GPA, my willingness to work overtime, and my earliest start date. Following that, she posed several behavioral questions.

Technical Presentation

So I applied online and the application had some English grammar and reading tests. Then I got an Excel and presentation test in less than a week. The Excel questions were pretty good and fair, but they were worded kinda confusingly and vaguely. Don't bother asking for clarification, they won't respond. I've done case interviews before and usually, companies make sure you get the problem, but this one made it unfair, you just gotta guess what they want. If you're good at Excel, the technical part is easy. The powerpoint test is a waste of time, just like others said. It's an outdated formatting thing. Honestly, the whole interview felt disrespectful and not like the good reviews I read about this place.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process had several stages: first an english test/initial application, then a technical test, followed by a video call interview, some phone interviews with the team, and finally an in-person interview. The person interviewing me in the third stage seemed really disengaged and didn't ask me many questions or really talk to me. It felt like they were just reading questions from a list. I ended up losing interest in the job because of it.
