Applied and then there was a 30-min survey monkey assessment which was really silly. After some time, I got an Excel and PPT assessment that took about a day. The Excel part was okay, but the PPT was basically like recreating a sample PPT they sent. It was so basic, like having to insert a star image, resize it, color it, and make a pattern. Honestly, I feel this part of the assessment is just to see how desperate someone is because, from what others have said, the actual job is like a sweatshop. I probably shouldn't have done it, but I guess I was just curious. Then I had a 1:1 interview, which was 20 mins long. The interviewer asked standard behavioral questions for about 10 minutes, and I got to ask questions for the remaining 10 minutes. I didn't move past this stage, and it took 2 months just to get here. No idea how long the whole thing takes.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

This whole process was a massive waste of time! They seemed completely uninterested in candidates. It felt like a company that just does PowerPoint exercises. From the first stage to the very last, there was no positive vibe at all. Seriously, only consider this company if you absolutely have no other options because your clock is ticking. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and find something else. Working 80 hours a week for a place that will never appreciate you is just not worth it. If you look at their employee turnover, most people leave within a year.

The whole team was really nice and got back to me quickly. The company seemed keen to get to know me from all angles. They were upfront about work hours, pay, and how they give feedback. The team really did their best to ensure I was a good fit and that I had all the info I needed to decide whether to accept the offer. The first round was a language test. The second was an Excel and Powerpoint exercise. Then, a Skype interview with a senior analyst. Round four was the team interview, which involved back-to-back chats with a senior manager, the CFO, and the CEO. This also included a presentation interview with the team and a case interview with a consultant. The fifth round was a super day where I visited the office and got a feel for the work culture. It involved a presentation interview, a consulting exercise, and two meetings with the senior manager and the CEO. Make sure to use those conversations to ask plenty of questions, as you'll have lots of chances on this day.
