I applied through the Xede website and got a call from the recruiter the very next day. The recruiter was great, really knew their stuff and was super helpful. I appreciated how quickly they followed up and kept me in the loop. I ended up having 3 interviews total. They covered culture and technical aspects, and the interviewers were good about letting me ask my own questions so I could really get a feel for Xede and what they're looking for in a Solution Architect.

This is an amazing company that has a less than great reputation on Glassdoor. I want to help change that with my review. I don't work here yet but I think I will. I know smart, analytical people who work here and are happy. The company strategy is well-thought-out. Clients, management, and employees are bright, motivated, and amazing. I'd love to work here and will call Xede first when the time is right. Maybe the bad reviews are a way to hide this gem? These guys are a breath of fresh air in consulting and a diamond in the rough!

Had a 30 min phone interview that went well, then was invited for an in person interview the next week. Interview seemed to go pretty well, was told I would hear back within a week. Later that week was told they were conducting more interviews the next week and would get back to me then, never heard from them again.
