Software Engineer
I applied for a Front‑End Developer position at Xcentium. We talked salary with HR early on. Here's what happened: 1. Initial call: happened a week after we first spoke and went well. 2. Assessment: scheduled a week later, done in a day. HR told me 10 days later they changed the job to need someone available in 30 days. 3. Technical Interview: I said yes to the 30‑day notice and passed the technical part in two days. 4. Offer and Ghosting: Had an offer call two days after that and said my salary expectations again. No response for ten days. When I followed up, HR asked for my expectations again (I'd already told them twice), then disappeared again.

Project Manager
It was a quick and easy process with 2 interview steps. First, I spoke with the direct hire, and then with the partner manager. All calls were virtual on Teams. They were fast with feedback and kept in touch well.
