I interviewed with 4 managers in a large conference room. They asked about a dozen questions, taking turns. They didn't tell me much about the company or my job duties. There was no tour of the facility.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview lasted about 2.5 hours. There were three interviewers: a director, someone from the technical team, and someone from the business side. The manager asked behavioral questions about my personality, teamwork, etc. The technical person focused on my technical skills. The business supervisor asked about my management skills. They were very nice.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was cumbersome and involved ghosting. It seemed like they were hiring from within and just making candidates go through the motions for nothing. They were recruiting from outside the company, but there was no communication, and responses were misleading and sparse. I have several connections in this company and no one knows what's going on. The process needs refining.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • If I don't get an offer or even an interview, how am I supposed to know what questions they'll ask?
  • Does this process actually improve anything for anyone?
  • Or is this just a place for complainers to vent?
