It was a nice experience, and I had a well-experienced HR. It was a virtual interview. The HR asked about some of my qualifications, skills, and self-introduction, and then told me about their company and the training program.

Technical Coding Behavioral Other

The interview process had 5 rounds. The first was an online HR round, which was easy. The second was an online technical round, also easy. After that, I was invited to their new Bangalore office for the subsequent rounds. There, I had a written coding test, followed by another technical interview, and then an HR/MR interview, all of which were moderate. Finally, there was a terms and conditions round for final selection. The T&Cs were quite restrictive: 9 am to 9 pm working hours, Monday to Saturday workdays with no leave for trainees, and a 1.5-year bond with a 2-5L penalty clause. Given these conditions, I had to decline the offer.
