Manufacturing Associate
Applied online and then got a call from HR about setting up a phone interview. The first call was with the HR/Recruiting Manager, around 30 minutes, just going through my resume and asking some basic questions. A couple days later, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, and then a few days after that, I went in for an on-site interview. That lasted about 3 hours and I met with 3 people, and then they gave me a quick tour. It covered everything about my background and seemed like a good process. They asked me to do a background check, and then I got the offer a few days later.

Quality Control
So, the interview process started with a phone interview, and then I had an on-site interview. The on-site part included both one-on-one and group interviews, and it was all very organized and professional. The people there were really nice and patient, and I learned a lot about the company's future. It was a really good interview experience overall.
- Can you tell me about your resume?
- How does your experience relate to the job description?
- What are your thoughts on work ethic?
Clinical Trials Manager
I was initially contacted by Austin Staffing Company. The recruiter there was pretty unprofessional, and the office was in a bad area. They didn't seem to know much about the job or the field. The recruiter submitted a salary figure without talking to me first, and then got fired. Someone else took over and I met with four people at XBio. None of the questions were about performance or personality, which was strange. They've only recently hired an HR person, so they need to improve their process.

- What do you like regarding Austin as a city?
Manufacturing Technician
The interview was all about Monoclonal Antibody Production. We did a tour of the facility and I got a rundown of what would be expected. They offered me a 3 month paid internship and then hired me full time. It was pretty straightforward and clear.
- Can you explain Chromatography Theory?
