Executive Assistant
The interview process was easy and everyone was kind and professional, but it took almost 7 weeks. I did 3 rounds of interviews and a final assessment to identify strengths, but I was rejected. I kept hearing about 'next steps' until I got an email saying they were moving forward with someone else. I felt misled and that my time was wasted, especially since the position has been open for 4 months. I don't think they are serious about filling the role.

Creative Director of Copy
The interview process as a whole felt great... up until the end. I had one screening call that was simple and easy, then two separate calls with an individual and the CEO where we spoke about my experience in detail, but also talked culture and the vision for the role and company. After three interviews, I was told "you've got my vote" and "you're perfect for the role". This was confirmed especially when I asked my questions at the end and asked if there was anything else they needed to see from my experience or for me to speak to. Then the final interview came... After three very relaxed and engaging interviews I was then placed with an individual who was my peer for, probably, the coldest interview I've ever experienced in my 11 years of working. I was read stiff questions from a piece of paper with very little conversation or room to expand and... that was it. I felt awful after that interview and honestly probably would have declined the offer had I been extended one. However, after being told by the CEO that I was perfect and I had their votes, I was ghosted for almost two weeks and then told I didn't get the role. It was interview whiplash, I had never felt like I was so locked in for a position then not. The company seems great, and is growing. Sounds like it's hard work and probably not as work/life friendly as they say, but overall I was excited to potentially work there. They seem like they're just missing that final polish, which is standard for newer agencies.

Creative Director
I had a really great experience interviewing here. It started with a chat with HR, which was super chill and more about getting to know me and why I'm interested in the company. Then, I met with an exec leader who told me all about the company's history, values, and where they're headed. I was actually invited to join their Talent Intelligence Network for two weeks as a paid gig. This was a cool way to see what the day-to-day is like, work with the team, and help with client stuff. It was a good test for both sides to see if it's a match. Super rare, but it shows they care about finding the right people. Then, I got to meet the CEO one-on-one, which was also unexpected and really fun. It's awesome that the leadership wants to connect with everyone personally, showing how much they value transparency and a good culture. I chatted with the HR Director again shortly after and got the offer. The whole process made sure they found the right person and that I felt good about accepting the job. It was thorough, engaging, and respectful, and you can tell they really focus on culture and their people.

Client Services Manager
It started off really well with a quick response and setting up an interview with the hiring manager. The interview went well, and I was invited to a second interview with the CEO. That also went great, and I was asked to do a third interview the same day with the CEO and another client services manager. The interview started a bit late because of their schedules but was good, with good conversation. I sent thank you emails afterward. I never heard back from the hiring manager, so I followed up a week later with no response. Then I followed up again three weeks after the third interview and still no response. Finally, two months after my initial interview, I got a generic rejection email saying they reviewed my resume and found other candidates to be a better fit. They didn't even thank me for spending three hours interviewing with them. The company seemed okay, but their professionalism is lacking based on my experience.
