This was a strange interview process. The hiring managers seemed a bit confused and unsure of themselves. During the interviews, they ended up talking about how disorganized things were and mentioned their previous CEO. They weren't taking it too seriously, so you probably don't need to over-prepare.

The organization seems a bit uncertain about its direction and has a history of issues with bonus payments.
