Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at XAP.
Client Success Leader
This was a strange interview process. The hiring managers seemed a bit confused and unsure of themselves. During the interviews, they ended up talking about how disorganized things were and mentioned their previous CEO. They weren't taking it too seriously, so you probably don't need to over-prepare.
- Do you think you would get bored in this role?
Client Success Leader
The process involved phone interviews with several individuals, followed by multiple on-site meetings. The organization seems a bit uncertain about its direction and has a history of issues with bonus payments. Senior management can be quite rigid, and they may quickly dismiss candidates who don't precisely fit their expectations. It appears that being overly agreeable is the primary way to get hired here.
- How would you sell yourself and why should we choose you?
Client Service Manager
There were quite a few interviews, and I also had to give a presentation to a group of interviewers. The office itself is quite nice, with a simple and artistic vibe. The area around it has lovely flowers, fountains, and grass.
